Educational Tool Only
This calculator uses simplified algorithms derived from population-level associations. It cannot measure your actual biological age. Do not use results for medical decisions. Always consult a healthcare provider.
How This Works
This tool applies a simplified algorithm based on population-level associations between lifestyle factors and biological age estimators (epigenetic clocks, telomere length, and clinical biomarkers) reported in published cohort studies.
The algorithm is for demonstration purposes and has not been validated as a clinical instrument. It does not account for genetics, medical history, medications, or environmental exposures.
